  • Reimagine outcome-focused processes, clarify decision points, and lead portfolio-level performance

  • Lead or contribute to process improvement initiatives from ideation through implementation and control of solutions

  • Build relationships with stakeholders. Collaborate with teams and subject-matter experts to assess the current state and define the future state, leveraging a common methodological framework

  • Optimize claims management models and ways of working to enhance operational efficiency and service quality

  • Propose creative business solutions and develop actionable recommendations; simplify and communicate complex concepts, both verbally and in writing, to stakeholders ranging from front-line teams to senior executives

  • Facilitate working sessions and workshops (e.g., process redesign, prioritization, decisioning) to align stakeholders on current state, future state, and next steps

  • Connect and de-risk: Link initiatives with strong business acumen to identify risks and drive coherent execution

  • Collect, research, extract, and structure data; perform statistical analyses (basic to advanced) and cost-benefit analyses; compile and synthesize results

  • Leverage insights on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge and drive continuous organizational improvement

  • Support on recurrent reports, including creation, development, modification, and production of reports in Excel, Power BI and other tools

  • Create and present clear, concise, and persuasive data-driven narratives tailored to diverse audiences, including executive leadership, using tools like PowerPoint to ensure effective communication of complex insights

  • Provide strategic recommendations and insights through executive-level presentations to leadership for informed decision-making

  • Hands-on experience in project management and change management; ability to solve problems and influence to overcome resistance to change

  • Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and data visualization tools (Power BI, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
