About the role

We are looking for a Senior Workforce Management Analyst for our growing team!

What you’ll do here:

  • Collect, analyze, model, and interpret data from various sources to provide workforce planning recommendations.

  • Adapt and use forecasting models and tools.

  • Produce structured analyses and relevant performance reports according to business sectors and adapt them to the intended stakeholders.

  • Support business sectors in the budgeting process.

  • Participate in systems and process improvement initiatives.

  • Ensure the workforce planning framework aligns with the organization's strategy.

  • Manage and create capacity plans for different partners.

  • Plan hypothetical scenarios and analyze them to determine the impacts and implications of specific initiatives.

  • Provide planning expertise to the different groups involved.

  • Communicate with staff members and the management team to provide recommendations to appropriate stakeholders based on analysis conducted.

  • Prepare and deliver regular presentations to VPs, the president, directors, and external partners to present strategic findings and recommendations.

What you bring to the table:

  • University or college degree (business, finance, mathematics, statistics) or any equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 3 years of experience in a workforce planning department (an asset).

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Leadership in change management.

  • Rigor and ability to research and collect data.

  • Ability to synthesize, share information, and communicate with impact.

  • Strong knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, data search and comparison techniques, conditional testing and macros.

  • Knowledge of Nice-WFM software or equivalent.

  • Very good sense of organization and priorities.

  • Bilingualism (French / English) – Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.

  • No Canadian work experience required, but must have authorization to work in Canada.
