Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

We are looking for UX and UI Designers for our growing team!
What you’ll do here:
- Collaborate with team designers to create innovative solutions aligned with business goals and user needs, while ensuring comprehensive UI/UX guidelines.
- Produce, refine, and present design deliverables using Figma, integrating accessibility annotations to meet standards.
- Gather and analyze user and stakeholder needs to inform design decisions, and generate prototypes to test and validate design choices.
- Document processes, standards, and best practices to ensure clarity and consistency, while implementing improved processes to enhance team efficiency.
- Transfer existing design files to a new design system that supports multiple brands and facilitates seamless integration, if required by your assigned team.
- Communicate effectively across design teams to ensure shared understanding and collaborate with product teams to ensure cohesive mockups and optimal documentation.
- Assist in training and guiding internal teams on design methods and tools, fostering a culture of learning and development.
- Stay informed about UX/UI design trends and best practices to continuously improve design quality and innovation.
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in progress in UX and/or UI design or a related field
- Portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of UX/UI design
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe, etc.)
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and accessibility
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Adaptability, curiosity, and commitment to continuous learning
- Excellent communication skills with a passion for technology
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality user experiences
- Bilingual (French and English) Necessary to interact regularly with colleagues across the country
- Available 35 hours a week from May 4 to August 21, 2026
- Must return to studies in the Fall 2026 semester after your internship
