Salary range (but not limited to):

94,200 - 115,200

Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

About the role

Nous recherchons un Souscripteur principal Agricole, Solutions spécialisées, pour joindre notre équipe en pleine croissance!

En fonction de l’expérience, des compétences et des qualifications des candidats retenus, nous sommes ouverts à différents niveaux de poste; Souscripteur junior, intermédiaire ou principal.

Vos responsabilités :

• Analyser les demandes de soumissions, de renouvellements et de modifications de polices, et recommander des solutions adaptées pour maximiser les opportunités d'affaires.

• Accompagner et conseiller les courtiers en adoptant une approche consultative axée sur la satisfaction client.

• Mettre à profit vos compétences en négociation pour conclure des ententes avantageuses et entretenir des relations d'affaires durables.

• Participer activement aux visites chez les courtiers, aux événements de l'industrie et aux activités de marketing pour développer le portefeuille.

• Contribuer à l'atteinte des objectifs de croissance du département

• Évaluer les risques avec rigueur et préparer des propositions compétitives pour les nouvelles affaires et les renouvellements.

• Gérer efficacement les transactions de polices, incluant les renouvellements, les avenants et les soumissions.

• Collaborer avec les membres de l'équipe de Solutions spécialisées ainsi qu'avec les autres divisions d'Intact pour favoriser les opportunités de ventes croisées.

Votre profil :

• Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience pertinente en souscription avec un bilan de performance démontré.

• Esprit analytique combiné à un fort sens de la vente et à une orientation résultats.

• Proactif, ambitieux et motivé par l'atteinte et le dépassement des objectifs.

• Capacité à prendre des initiatives et à performer dans un environnement dynamique.

• Excellent communicateur avec de fortes aptitudes relationnelles et une approche orientée client.

• Aptitude démontrée à développer et à fidéliser un réseau de courtiers.

• Intérêt pour les tendances du marché et les opportunités de développement d'affaires.

• Désignation PAA (Professionnel d'assurance agréé) ou en voie d'obtention. (un atout)

• Aucune expérience de travail au Canada requise, mais nécessité d’avoir l’autorisation de travailler au Canada.
