Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

37,400 - 45,700

 

About the role

We are looking for bilingual Telesolutions Advisors to join our growing team!

At belairdirect, you'll enjoy a hybrid work arrangement that lets you balance your professional life with your family life (or your studies)! You'll work in a dynamic environment where your work schedule will be adapted according to your availability and our operational needs.

Positions available from May 4, 2026

We offer full-time (35 h or 40 h per week) or part-time (minimum 20 h per week) schedules.

Our working conditions:

  • Monday to Friday, from 10:45 a.m. to 7:45 p.m.

  • Eligible for 6% evening premium for shifts ending at 7 p.m. or later

  • This hybrid position is available in our Montreal, Laval, Quebec City, Ottawa or Saint-Hyacinthe offices.

  • Please note that this is a temporary 3-month contract.

What you'll be doing with us:

  • Call existing and potential customers to gauge their interest in discussing their insurance needs, now or in the future, with a certified agent.

  • Take a persuasive approach to outbound calls to generate opportunities for business growth.

  • Build strong relationships with customers to transfer them to certified agents as quickly as possible.

  • Promote our products and services and be a loyal brand ambassador.

What you'll get out of it:

  • High school diploma (DES) or equivalent.

  • Bilingualism (French and English) required.

  • Must make calls and provide services to English-speaking customers on a regular basis.

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.Team spirit.Ability to adapt to changes in products, services or company policies.

  • Dynamic and energetic.

  • No Canadian work experience required, but must have authorization to work in Canada
