We are looking for a Talent Management Specialist and a Talent Management Senior Consultant (job level will be determined based on the experience of the selected candidates) that will report to the Director of Talent Management. You'll be part of a talented team within our Center of Expertise and you will partner with a vibrant network of Talent Partners and HR Business Partners. You will design and launch initiatives that drive our “always on talent mindset”, as career development and growth is at the forefront of our organizational strategy.
What you'll do here:
Program Development and Implementation: Design and implement talent management programs, including succession planning and performance management, ensuring alignment with organizational strategic goals.
Data Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data analytics to assess program effectiveness, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and enhance talent management processes.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leaders, HR teams, and business units to understand their talent needs, provide expertise, and ensure the successful execution of talent strategies.
Change Management: Lead change management initiatives related to talent processes, ensuring smooth transitions and optimal adoption across the organization.
Storytelling and Communication: Create compelling narratives and presentations that effectively communicate talent management insights and proposals to stakeholders at all levels.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in talent management practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
What you bring to the table:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or Industrial Psychology, or a combination of education and consulting experience.
Senior consultant: At least 5-7 years of experience in HR, ideally including a few years in a consulting role, with a focus on human capital or talent management.
Specialist: At least 7-10 years of experience in HR, ideally including a few years in a consulting role, with a focus on human capital or talent management.
Strong understanding of talent management processes and best practices.
Experience with Workday and assessments is a plus.
Ability to design talent management programs from ideation to delivery with strong project management, stakeholder engagement and change management skills.
Proficiency in data analytics and able to interpret HR metrics to craft compelling data-driven stories that influence decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster respectful and inclusive engagement with employees and stakeholders.
Agility and resilience in navigating the complexities of a fast-paced environment.
For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism (French and English) is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
For candidates located in Ontario, proficiency in French is a plus.
No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada
