About the role
We’re looking for a Coordinator, Learning & Development for a temporary contract in our Training Conception Team!
This employment is for a temporary student internship as a Multimedia E-Learning Integrator.
Reporting to the Training, Technology and Development Manager, the multimedia integrator trainee will be involved in skills development mandates in the field of personal and commercial insurance underwriting.
He/she will be called upon to reproduce existing e-learning courses in another language, making the necessary modifications to suit the region, working in close collaboration with content specialists and development strategists. This is an opportunity to rapidly gain technical experience in the creation of innovative and modern e-learning.
What you’ll do here:
- We have many e-learning courses in French that we need to produce in English. The translation team will translate the storyboards into English, and the student trainee will create the English version by duplicating the French training.
- Produce different types of learning materials to suit the needs of the participants and the context.
- Integrate and synchronize text, images and sound in authoring software (Articulate suite).
- Retouching images.
- Manage projects and keep the work team regularly informed.
- May be called to produce "motion design" multimedia animations.
- Interest in Programming in HTML, JavaScript, ActionScript (an asset).
- Plan and monitor all stages in the development of teaching materials.
What you bring to the table:
- Studying multimedia integration.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline authoring software.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe suite software.
- Knowledge of audio recording software.
- Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) an asset.
- For all candidates across Canada bilingualism both written and spoken is required (French / English) – Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.

Salary of the successful candidate will typically be positioned between the following range, taking into consideration a number of factors including prior experience, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, location and internal equity:
$51,500.00 - $77,300.00What we offer
