We’re looking for a Growth Specialist to join the Growth team!

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving growth and achieving results, and do you thrive in a collaborative environment? We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Growth Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will develop and execute a holistic growth strategy that not only includes paid search, paid social, display, programmatic, SEO, CRO, email, telemarketing, brand and consideration campaigns, and ad hoc projects, but also goes above and beyond these channels—sky is the limit—to enhance growth performance and achieve lower-funnel results across all our brands, including our white-label brands.

You will oversee the optimization of all channel performance and return on investment, making data-driven decisions and conducting A/B tests as a crucial part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing and implementing an innovation roadmap to ensure our strategies stay ahead of industry trends and drive continuous improvement. Exceptional collaboration skills are essential, as you will work closely with executives, marketing teams, and various stakeholders to align goals and share insights. You will also have the autonomy to develop and implement workflows and best practices to enhance the team's efficiency.

You’ll get to...

  • Be an integral part of the Growth team and help support a multi-channel growth strategy that encompasses paid media, SEO, CRO, email, telemarketing, brand campaigns, and more.
  • Collaborate with a wide range of contributors, from experts to VPs, and from internal teams to external partners to align goals, share insights, and drive successful holistic growth campaigns across all our brands, including our white labels.
  • Serve as the voice of the Growth team, effectively relaying information to the right stakeholders at the right time to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • Take ownership of the roadmaps, ensuring that our growth strategies stay ahead of industry trends and drive continuous improvement across all channels.
  • Lead initiatives that bridge the gap between different channels, coordinating efforts and driving cohesive strategies for maximum impact.
  • Support the segmentation and targeting strategy to maximize relevancy and performance of all our brands.
  • Continuously track results, identify growth and optimization opportunities across the sales funnel, and present a testing plan.
  • Participate in developing a culture of continuous improvement to strengthen knowledge of the organization’s digital sector.
  • Drive change, actively promote innovation by following the latest trends and challenging the status quo.
  • Educate internal and external teams about holistic growth strategies and bring forward new and exciting trends in the space.
  • Develop and implement new processes to increase the efficiency of the team.

You are...  

  • 10+ years of experience in managing comprehensive growth strategies, including paid media, SEO, CRO, email marketing, telemarketing, and brand campaigns, with a focus on performance; agency experience is an asset.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale, multi-brand, multi-product campaigns with significant budgets.
  • Confident in sharing POVs on various growth strategy topics, communicating solutions, and presenting ideas on an ongoing basis.
  • Results-oriented with a strong analytical mind.
  • Experience with A/B and/or Multivariate testing concepts is an asset.
  • Well-organized and excellent at project management, capable of handling situations with multiple stakeholders and managing tight deadlines.
  • Solutions-driven mindset, not afraid to challenge the status quo and innovate.
  • Positive attitude, high-energy, and collaborative approach.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilinguism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
  • Undergraduate degree (bachelor’s or equivalent) in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
