About the role

Nous cherchons des souscripteurs juniors pour notre équipe Sprint en assurance des entreprises. Vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la croissance d’une équipe grandissante et vous aurez l’occasion de vivre un parcours de formation permettant de vous développer professionnellement.

Ce que nous recherchons : 

  • 1 an d'expérience de travail dans un rôle d'aide-souscripteur en assurance des entreprises

  • Vous êtes curieux, désirez apprendre et faire partie d’une équipe axée sur la collaboration

  • Des candidats créatifs dans la recherche de solutions, courageux dans leur prise de décisions et habile à les communiquer

  • Des partenaires qui ont soif d’offrir un service client exceptionnel et qui ont une facilité à naviguer à travers différents systèmes informatiques

  • Vous êtes autonome, organisé et aimez prendre des initiatives

Votre quotidien en tant que souscripteur niveau 1 :

  • Fournir un soutien rapide et guider les courtiers d’assurances sur les normes de souscription en répondant à leurs demandes par téléphone ou par courriel

  • Analyser les risques et formuler vos recommandations

  • Promouvoir nos produits et services en mettant de l’avant votre expertise

  • Démontrer notre capacité d’offrir des solutions appropriées et innovantes aux courtiers pour nos clients.

Début de formation : septembre 2025

Horaire de travail : temps plein 35h/semaine, horaire de jour qui peut varier entre 8h et 17h.
