  • Develop and execute sophisticated sourcing strategies that deliver high-quality, diverse pipelines, including market mapping, talent intelligence, competitive research, and proactive outreach to passive candidates.

  • Partner with leadership and hiring managers to translate workforce plans into targeted recruitment strategies and role-specific success profiles.

  • Act as a strategic talent advisor, influencing stakeholders on hiring decisions, market realities, interview best practices, assessment methods, and offer strategies.

  • Manage multiple concurrent requisitions at scale while maintaining high-quality candidate and stakeholder experiences.

  • Utilize data and talent insights to drive decisions and continuously improve outcomes.

  • Ensure compliant, equitable, and consistent hiring practices aligned with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

  • Maintain a robust bench of qualified candidates for critical and recurring roles; implement talent pooling and succession pipelines for priority functions.

  • Apply AI tools to streamline day-to-day recruiting workflows: generate structured interview guides, create role-specific success profiles, automate scheduling copies, and produce concise stakeholder-ready candidate summaries and pipelines.

What you bring to the table:

  • Minimum 8 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience, with at least 5 years focused within a corporate environment.

  • Bilingualism (French / English) - Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.

  • Demonstrated stakeholder management expertise: ability to consult, influence, and align senior leaders; manage conflicting priorities; and drive decisions with data and market insights.

  • Proficiency with ATS and CRM systems (e.g., Workday) and modern sourcing tools; disciplined candidate and requisition management.

  • Hands-on experience using Generative AI/LLMs to improve sourcing efficiency, candidate engagement, market mapping, and content creation, with measurable impact on time-to-fill and pipeline quality (An Asset).
