Salary range (but not limited to):
138,500 - 169,300Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

Comparer les produits de la compagnie avec ceux de ses concurrents.
Effectuer l’audit de la gestion du portefeuille régional et recommander les améliorations à apporter.
Concevoir, développer et positionner divers produits.
Recueillir les informations sur le marché en travaillant directement avec l’équipe de la distribution, les courtiers et les clients.
Gérer les améliorations à apporter aux produits et le lancement des produits.
Effectuer l’analyse de croissance et de rentabilité en gérant les risques standards.
Participer et mener des négociations associées aux problèmes concernant les cautionnements.
Élaborer et établir une stratégie pour minimiser les pertes, tout en respectant les obligations contractuelles et légales de l’entrepreneur en défaut, y compris les aspects juridiques, comptables reliés au domaine de la construction.
Ce que vous mettrez à profit :
Au moins dix ans d’expérience en cautionnement
Connaissance de l’industrie du cautionnement et de la construction
Détenir un diplôme universitaire, avec spécialisation en comptabilité, administration et/ou finance ou toute autre combinaison d’expérience et de scolarité jugée pertinente
Excellent esprit d’analyse, capacité d'effectuer des études et des enquêtes et analyser l’information.
Excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles, capacité d’atteindre les objectifs de l’entreprise et de s’adapter aux changements et à un rythme de travail soutenu
Excellent esprit d’analyse et de prise de décision
Esprit d’initiative et capacité de travailler de façon autonome aussi bien qu’en équipe
Excellentes aptitudes pour les communications, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit
Solides connaissances d’Excel, de Word et de PowerPoint
Solides compétences en relations interpersonnelles et bon esprit d’équipe
Grande capacité de gestion des priorités
Bilinguisme (Français / Anglais) – Nécessité d’interagir sur une base régulière avec des collègues partout au pays
Aucune expérience de travail au Canada requise, mais nécessité d’avoir l’autorisation de travailler au Canada.
