Launched in July 2025, Keep it Intact is a highly strategic national initiative designed to empower Canadian homeowners to protect their homes from floods, fires, and strong winds. With cutting-edge educational resources and practical tools, this long-term program is transforming home protection across the country. Position Overview: As a key contributor to the Intact Insurance brand team, you will be responsible for orchestrating and aligning our cross-functional marketing communication efforts to raise the program's awareness and generate climate adaptation actions across the country. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing complete 360-degree advertising campaigns to position Intact’s leadership in climate adaptation to a broad audience, as well as drive customers and potential customers to KeepItIntact.ca.
What you’ll do here:
Develop and execute cohesive marketing communication plans that amplify our program's reach and visibility, leading to strengthening our brand leadership.
Lead the creation, launch, and management of integrated 360 ad campaigns across digital platforms, out-of-home media, social media, and other channels, ensuring alignment with our mission and objectives.
Guide external partners (creative, media, PR, event) on projects and campaigns.
Supervise creative development and production of all assets, insuring they are on brand, respect technical requirements and follows best practices for each platform.
Coordinate material approval internally.
Collaborate with media partners and analytics team to properly set up tracking, audiences and analyse the performances of the campaigns you oversee.
Analyze market trends, audience insights, campaign and traffic performance to proactively suggest optimisations to the strategy and tactics based on key learnings, to meet our objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as the content, website, lifecycle, corporate communications, and PR teams, to ensure consistent messaging and brand integrity.
Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively, ensuring the program is executed within financial constraints.
Manage timelines and performance metrics to ensure campaign success and return on investment.
Profile sought:
A strategic thinker with a proven track record in leading successful multi-channel high-impact marketing communication campaigns.
Confident communicator with the ability to make recommendations based on results and research.
Performance-driven.
Highly organized and experienced in large-scale project management: you easily handle situations with multiple stakeholders, tight deadlines to meet and budgets to respect.
You are a team player; you easily adapt to working in a matrix environment and have a great sense of building relationships with others.
Innovative, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Passionate about climate adaptation and sustainability.
What you bring to the table:
Undergraduate degree in marketing or communications.
8+ years of experience in marketing or communications with demonstrated experience in leading impactful 360° advertising campaigns and working with creative and media agencies.
Proven project management experience and strong organizational skills
You have a good understanding of the online and offline media ecosystem and are able to challenge the media agency on recommendations and tactics.
You have strong communication skills and are highly strategic.
You are a results-driven professional, who will challenge the status-quo and encourage us to do things differently to pro-actively optimize our process.
Excellent MS Office skills, including Teams.
Bilingualism (French/English) - Necessity to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.
No Canadian work experience required, but must have authorization to work in Canada.
