Salary range (but not limited to):

118,700 - 145,100

Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

12%

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Fullstack AI Developer to join our growing team!

What you'll do here:

• Participate in the design and application design around an event-oriented architecture.

• Help our testers in setting up component and integration tests.

• Participate in the development and evolution of back-end components for the execution of our algorithms.

• Participate in the technological watch and definition of development standards to ensure system efficiency, resilience and sustainability.

• Optimize the platform for maximum velocity and scalability.

• Optimize and prioritize development tasks in collaboration with the team.

• Ensure the high level of quality of the work delivered.

• Strengthen the development team productivity.

• Oversee the development of appropriate tactics to achieve objectives.

• Support and be proactively involved in problem situations or issues.

• Play a Technical Leader / Mentor role for Squad members.

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, or any combination of equivalent education and experience.

• Minimum of 5 years of significant experience in development.

• Strong understanding of infrastructure-as-code best practices.

• Proficiency in terraform configuration language (hcl)

  Proficiency in ci/cd best practices and tools (github actions, gitlab-ci).

• Proficiency with container-based applications.

• Proficiency in the following technologies: Python, Angular, React, TypeScript, React, AWS, REST / Swagger.

• A knowledge of AI concepts, GenAI, RAG and MLOps best practices.

• Experience with automated UI testing.

• A very good understanding of machine learning and artificial intelligence.

• Well documented and ability to make complex concepts easy to understand.

• Bilinguism required (FR-EN) - For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country. 

• No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
