About the role
We are looking for an Administrative Support Agent to join our growing team!
What you will do:
Assist the material resources team in their various tasks, including:
Administrative aspects such as email tracking and dispatch, shipment of documents, material or correspondence, order tracking, data entry, filing, organization, material or supply requests, creating and tracking tickets/requests with the building manager, etc.
Reception aspects such as welcoming various visitors and handling their requests (access card requests, various requests to guide them, etc.)
Security and Health-Safety aspects such as updating files
Event and communication aspects such as assisting the team in coordinating meetings, memos, etc.
Sustainability of spaces aspects such as participating in floor tours, rearranging chairs, etc.
Manage correspondence and ensure the quality and accuracy of information.
Transcribe data from documents or databases following our procedures.
Respond to a variety of requests.
Support projects or new initiatives upon request.
Assist the team and receive instructions and guidance from them.
What you will bring:
Administrative technician or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office environment.
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
Highly organized and able to manage workflow effectively without continuous supervision.
Team spirit and positive attitude.
Ability and willingness to learn to grow within the team.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
No work experience in Canada required, but must have authorization to work in Canada.
This position requires on-site presence at our Laval office (600 Rue Lucien-Paiement).
For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
