Salary range (but not limited to):
43,600 - 53,200Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

Le Centre d’expertise numérique est une équipe nationale, dynamique et orientée service client. En vous joignant à nous, vous deviendrez un expert en soutien technique auprès de notre clientèle du programme automériteMC de belairdirect.
Vous travaillerez du lundi au vendredi, de 11 h 00 à 20 h 00, avec une rotation d'un samedi sur quatre de 8 h 00 à 17 h 00 bénéficiant d'une prime de soir de 6%
Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous :
- Répondre à des appels téléphoniques entrants en démontrant un service à la clientèle hors pair.
- Vous serez le premier point de contact téléphonique pour nos clients, au sein de notre équipe AutomériteMC.
- Répondre aux questions des clients et faire des ajustements liés à leur compte client.
- Promouvoir le libre-service en aidant et guidant les clients à travers les différents outils disponibles en ligne ou sur leur application mobile.
- Envoyer des documents ou copies de polices aux clients.
- Répondre aux différents besoins des clients tels que répondre aux questions générales, procéder avec les ré adhésions après une annulation et résoudre les problèmes rencontrés par la clientèle.
Ce que vous mettrez à profit :
- Au moins 6 mois d’expérience
- Habiletés démontrées avec les systèmes informatiques et les applications sur Apple et Android
- Expérience dans un environnement de centre d’appel (atout)
- Autonomie, dynamisme et forte habilitée en communication
- Bonnes connaissances informatiques – Suite Microsoft Office et autres
- [Bilingue (français et anglais)] Nécessite de répondre aux appels et de fournir une prestation de services à une clientèle anglophone sur une base régulière
- Aucune expérience de travail au Canada requise, mais nécessité d’avoir l’autorisation de travailler au Canada.
