Salary range (but not limited to):
54,900 - 67,100Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. About the role
Senior Customer Service Representative – AB Triage
We’re looking for someone to join our growing team as a Senior Customer Service Representative (CSR) in our Accident Benefits department (AB). This role is one of our Claims Intake positions that manages calls with respect to Accident Benefits exposures within an automobile claim.
Your work will have a big impact on our customers by providing an effortless experience on every call. Our training will provide you with the confidence, empathy, and the expertise required for your role.
Our call centre’s office hours are Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm EST. We work within a Hybrid environment where we have a combination of in office and work from home.
Locations are Mississauga (2 Prologis Blvd), GTA East (300 Consilium Place) and Toronto (700 University Ave).
What you'll do here:
Complete inbound and outbound calls while documenting pertinent claims information to initiate the claims process for the injured parties
Coordinate and explain the claims process and available coverages in a clear, concise manner
Identify potential exposures and prepare recommendations for the handling adjuster
Assign claims to appropriate adjusters in the AB departments accordingly
Sell and connect claimants with preferred clinics
What you bring to the table:
Minimum one (1) year experience in a customer service role
Strong communication, critical thinking, and negotiation skills.
· Computer literate and capable of working in a paperless environment.
Team player, ability to build strong working relationships
High attention to detail with strong ability to multi-task and complete data entry
No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
Strong resourcefulness, ability to work autonomously, and committed to self-development and willing to pursue your Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation.
