Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of diffferent candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.
Salary range (but not limited to):
109,900 - 134,300Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

About the role
Our growing team is looking for a Senior Product Owner for data products!
Are you passionate about data and product management? Are you a results-driven customer experience advocate looking for an organization that embraces design, innovation, and agility? Do you have a proven record of launching and optimizing data/software engineer products?
With a focus on customers and business objectives, you will lead multidisciplinary experts in the data engineering field in developing data pipeline as product.
You’ll be responsible of building product to enable team of AI engineering and data scientist to gain access faster to reliable data.
What you'll do here:
Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary Agile team from ideation to execution.
Partner with teams and managers to enable initiatives.
Work with a diverse profile of collaborator and team of database administrator, data engineers and developers.
Prepare user stories and manage the backlog, creating value for both the company and our customers.
Ensure planning, lead reviews and demos and participate in committees and retrospectives.
Ensure that products create a high level of engagement and exceed customer expectations.
Ensure products are delivered according to roadmaps.
Integrate customer feedback and insights from performance measurement into roadmaps.
Contribute to continuously improve the product management practice.
What you bring to the table:
Minimum of 7 years of experience creating and data / software engineering products.
Expert in Agile methodologies.
Good knowledge of performance measurement tools such as Google/Adobe Analytics.
Proven experience in product management.
Expert in presenting and facilitating workshops.
Good understanding of the technical aspects of design and development.
A problem-solving, results-oriented, self-directed leader.
A visionary, with an innovative spirit, and the first to know about the latest trends.
Data and statistics oriented.
An entrepreneurial spirit with proven project planning and management skills.
Passionate about the user experience.
Highly diplomatic and excellent at developing and maintaining relationships.
Funny, creative, analytical, curious and resourceful.
For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
