Salary range (but not limited to):
59,300 - 72,500Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

Your Role
Are you an organized, methodical, and detail-driven project coordinator? We’re looking for someone who thrives on team synergy and wants to make a real impact on the company’s workspace design and the experience of thousands of employees across the country. Day to day, you will actively contribute to project planning, tracking, and management. You’ll help evolve our tools and ways of working by bringing forward innovative solutions and fostering continuous improvement within the team.
Your Responsibilities
Participate in project planning, coordination, and management by providing analytical and administrative support to the team or project managers.
Contribute actively to logistics, documentation, and adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Collaborate with the various stakeholders involved in our projects and initiatives and facilitate communication to ensure alignment and swift issue resolution.
Monitor project progress and performance indicators by producing clear reports and recommending improvement measures as needed.
Proactively identify risks and obstacles while ensuring solutions are implemented to complete projects within agreed parameters.
Contribute to continuous improvement by optimizing processes, documenting best practices, and advancing our tools.

Your Profile:
Post secondary education in Business Administration, Construction, Project Management, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience project coordinator role – is required
Experience working in a large publicly traded organization – is required
A valid Ontario drivers’ licences – is required
Knowledge of project management principles and planning tools (MS Project and Planner)
Strong skillset in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) – is required
Proficiency in Power BI is an asset
Bilingual: French and English (an asset)
Availability for occasional travel in Ontario and across Canada
