About the role
We're seeking a seasoned Practice Lead to oversee and elevate the Business Analysis practice at Intact Lab. This opportunity invites a veteran BA to leverage and scale their expertise across multiple teams, helping create an environment where Business Analysis practitioners can produce their best work. From enhancing cross-functional workflows to spearheading training paths to nurturing a vibrant culture, your contributions and thought leadership will establish Intact Lab as the premier destination for talented BAs.
What you'll do here:
Establish and standardize best practices and methodologies across teams.
Map and optimize flow of work to increase autonomy, performance and velocity.
Assess, pilot and integrate AI tools to facilitate work tasks and transform processes.
Partner with Dev, Design and Data to define cross-functional operating models.
Establish and nurture our community of practice and mentor colleagues.
Facilitate shared rituals, requirements reviews and feedback sessions.
Curate training curriculum and practice-specific onboarding material.
Administer BA software and ensure staff are leveraging tools to their full potential.
Standardize IT-BA, Business BA and Functional BA roles and nomenclature.
What you bring to the table:
Minimum of 10 years professional experience in Business Analysis.
Prior work in large enterprises.
Expert coach with a track record of leveling up BA practices.
Track record of establishing BA playbooks and BA maturity models.
Demonstrated ability to lead by influence and bring about change.
Ability to develop compelling presentations that secure buy-in and inspire stakeholders.
No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country
