Cloud stream.
You’ll immerse yourself in a dynamic hands-on 24-month rotation program with access to our innovative leaders, to the latest tools
and technologies, and have a chance to shape the future of insurance.
Program Streams
Cybersecurity
Within the Cybersecurity stream, you’ll work at the forefront of digital defense
using state-of-the-art cybersecurity and
Cloud technologies. Gear up for two years and three rotations where you’ll support
our team in executing advanced threat
and vulnerability management, incident response, data loss prevention and security
engineering.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Software Development and Cloud
Within the Software Development stream, you’ll drive the future of software
solutions with cutting-edge development
practices and Cloud technologies. Gear up for two years and three rotations,
including with our Cloud Centre of
Excellence, where you’ll help design and implement scalable applications, develop AI
solutions, and lead technical
projects that drive business
success.
