Salary range (but not limited to):

118,700 - 145,100

Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

15%

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.


About the role

We are looking for a Mobile Developer Specialist to join our growing team!

What you'll do here:

·        Enhance and develop software systems that meet user needs by proposing solutions, solving complex problems, developing code, testing, debugging, and documenting systems.

·        Participate in production support activities by resolving production issues, addressing performance bottlenecks, and identifying solutions to remediate them.

·        Guide, mentor, and coach team members in various technical and development activities.

·        Lead (analysis/design/implementation) an initiative involving a development team.

·        Participate in all phases of the project to ensure successful delivery by collaborating with users and communicating progress reports.

·        Provide support for the deployment of production systems to ensure their functionality.

·        Ensure systems operate optimally and meet quality standards by conducting analyses, making recommendations, and performing evaluations.

·        Make recommendations and participate in improving system development and maintenance processes.

·        Apply the systems development life cycle methodology to ensure compliance with standards.

What you bring to the table:

·        8 to 10 years of experience in designing and developing mobile applications.

·        Knowledge of service-oriented architecture and service mesh and microservices architectures.

·        Extensive experience in object-oriented analysis and design, and a solid understanding of UI/UX design principles for iOS and Android.

·        At least 4 to 5 years of experience leading mobile teams as a Technical Lead (having managed multiple teams on the same project is a plus).

·        Experience with Apigee is a plus.

·        Bilingualism (French and English) – Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.

·        No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
