Salary range (but not limited to):
118,700 - 145,100Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.
About the role
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Manager Finance, your role will significantly impact the creation of synergies within the Finance Operations function. You will provide strategic guidance on finance projects and serve as the primary liaison working with various internal stakeholders.
As a key member of the Finance management team, the candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with Banks, and Credit card processors, as well as driving transformation initiatives to support our financial objectives. Autonomy, along with strong communication and organizational skills, are essential for success in this role. Additionally, the candidate will supervise, coach, and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
What you will accomplish with us:
Transform how work get done- simplify, standardize, and automate processes to accelerate, elevate accuracy, control environment and enable scalability. Champion end-to-end automation programs, owning scope, roadmap, execution, risk mitigation, and performance outcomes.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support, monitor, and optimize cross-functional operational initiatives and projects.
Safeguard the enterprise by ensuring policies and procedures are followed; proactively mitigate fraud and operational risk.
Lead, coach, and mentor team setting clear goals, providing feedback, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
Refresh and update policies and procedures. Including the business continuity plan; support control rigor as needed.
Optimize bank account structures for efficiency and compliance; manage openings/closings and signing authority changes.
Own the annual bank service fee budget, track variance and drive savings.
Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations and electronic payments with a strong control mindset.
Support as a key stakeholder for internal and external audits; ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
What you will bring to the table:
Professional Accounting Designation, CPA - is required
Minimum 5-years experience working within a large publicly traded organization within Finance or Accounting - is required
Minimum 3-years experience managing direct reports coaching, mentoring, performance managing and delegating responsibilities - is required
Knowledge of Bank products and Budget experience is an asset
Knowledge of ERP system – is an asset
Can work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Advanced proficiency using Excel – is required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster favorable business relationships and resolve conflicts
Positive attitude while adapting to changing priorities and taking ownership of team’s work
