Salary range (but not limited to):
118,700 - 145,100Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

As a Manager, Digital Product, Mobile App & Client Center at Intact Lab, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital platform experiences. You will lead a talented team of product management and collaborate closely with other managers and cross-functional teams to design and deliver best in class experiences that aim to facilitate customer onboarding, drive self-serve adoption, and increase digital engagement. Your contributions will drive the evolution of our digital products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of excellence and innovation.
What you'll do here:
As Manager, Digital Product, Mobile App & Client Center, you will play a critical role in defining and executing the roadmap to increase digital adoption, personalize customer support, and promote the informational and transactional capabilities and value-added features of the platforms. Reporting to the Director, Product and Design – Platforms, your main responsibilities will include:
Lead, coach and inspire a multidisciplinary product management team (Product Owners and IT-Business Analysts).
Lead your team in understanding business needs, customer needs and pain-points, effectively translating them into impactful strategies and concrete opportunities.
Detail the product roadmap with your team to increase adoption of digital platforms, informational features, self-serve tasks and value-added features.
Foster a “product-mindset” and elaborate data-driven strategies in close collaboration with your team members and teams in data analytics, design, and user-research.
Build and foster alignment across stakeholders around the strategies, execution, and plans to operationalize the roadmap for all our brands.
Collaborate with other management members to implement strategies, set goals and performance indicators, coordinate deliverables and sequence dependencies.
Conduct recruitment and mentoring initiatives, one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and individual career development planning.
What you bring to the table:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, product or user experience management, or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least 10 years of relevant experience, with more than 5 years in product management roles.
At least 5 years of experience in managing professionals.
Proven experience in product management, particularly in digital, mobile apps, self-serve or insurance industry.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing and developing high-performing teams and improving practices in product management.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable plans.
Proficiency in data analysis and the use of analytics to drive product decisions.
Passion for innovation and a relentless drive for excellence.
Experience with Agile Scrum development methodologies.
Bilingual (French and English): Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.
No Canadian work experience required, however must be eligible to work in Canada.
