Salary range (but not limited to):
101,800 - 124,400Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.
About the role
Our team at Nordic is growing and we are looking for a Manager, Accounts Payable and Receivable to join our team!
We are hiring a Manager, Accounts Payable and Receivable to lead our Agency Bill operational across Western and Atlantic Canada and Ontario. Reporting to the Director, Personal Lines, you will be a key member of the management team – aligning AR/AP activity with business objectives, strengthening controls, and reporting and driving process improvements that accelerate cash flows and elevate service.
What you will accomplish with us:
Lead and inspire a high-performing AR/AP (Agency Bill) team to achieve business targets and service standards.
Partner closely with the current AR Manager, Direct Bill team, and the broader Nordic leadership team to align priorities and deliver results.
Collaborate with Finance to meet monthly reporting deliverables and timelines with accuracy and consistency.
Recruit, develop and coach Account Representatives; provide ongoing feedback and drive robust talent and performance management practices.
Build a culture of engagement and accountability; recognize wins and remove obstacles.
Monitor KPIs, identify gaps and opportunities, and implement actions plans to close gaps.
Lead regional initiatives that add measurable value; own implementation plans, change management, and outcomes.
Create tools, as needed, for management to monitor the objectives targeted by the key initiatives so that results can be closely monitored throughout the various stages of implementation.
Work closely with the Nordic management team to identify and implement process. Improvement opportunities which will optimise operating efficiencies and improve productivity.
Collaborate with the different sectors of the company to ensure the successful execution of key initiatives.
What you will bring:
Minimum College diploma required or any combination of equivalent education and experience.
3 to 5 years of experience of relevant leadership and management experience.
Proven people leader who coaches, influences, and motivates teams through change, builds engagement, and delivers results.
Track record improving AR/AP processes and outcomes.
Working knowledge of Nordic accounts/collection processes and Facility Association regulatory requirements (or ability to learn quickly).
Exceptional communication, problem solving, and time management skills.
Detail-oriented, data-driven, and customer focused.
Strong Excel skills; comfortable with PC software and reporting tools.
Some travel is required.
No work experience in Canada required, but must have authorization to work in Canada.
