Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

We are looking for IT technical Advisor interns to join 3 of our specialized IT teams!
Depending on your team assignment, here’s what you’ll do here:
IT FinOps
- Help extract data sets and make sense of them for analysis and recommendation purposes through dashboards and reports.
- Formulate recommendations and participate in the improvement of system development and maintenance processes.
- Ensure system optimization and verify their compliance with quality standards by analyzing and formulating creative suggestions to improve services and user experiences.
- Use creativity and find new ways to improve our processes and service offerings.
Unix IT Advisor
- Provide proactive and reactive support within the Unix team to maintain system functionality and effective communication.
- Engage in cybersecurity, automation, and cloud initiatives; collaborate in an Agile team for brainstorming and solution finding; and contribute to project and process improvements.
- Develop and update procedures and documentation, optimize systems, and ensure compliance with quality standards by offering creative solutions for service and user experience enhancements.
Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) & Intelligent Operations
- Work within dedicated sub-teams like the Application Programming Interface (API) team for performance quality assurance (QA), the login platform handling terabytes of logs, or site reliability engineering (SRE) in Java practice, collaborating with scrum masters and product owners.
- Interact with colleagues across teams, focus on performance monitoring, collaborate with the infrastructure team to address disparities, and ensure effective communication.
- Engage in projects such as observability onboarding for an app, implementing monitoring solutions, testing AI features, and reviewing tool migration processes between two cloud services.
What you bring to the table:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s (or Master’s, if applicable) degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Systems Network or a related field.
- Available to work with us full-time, 35 hours per week, from May 4 to August 21, 2026
- Be an active student during your internship and/or returning to school in next Fall 2026 following your internship.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and work effectively across teams and seniority levels, both in person and virtually.
- Experience in data management/analysis
- Foundational understanding of technology, networking, cybersecurity, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) (asset)
- Eagerness to learn and develop skills, particularly in technical areas such as programming (e.g., Python), while having proficient use of essential tools like MS Office.
- Be bilingual (English and French). Need to interact regularly with colleagues across the country.
