About the role

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio and experience in creating visually compelling graphics for a variety of media. The Graphic Designer will work closely with the marketing team to develop high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand and engages our target audience.

What you'll do here: 

  • Design and produce various marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, social media graphics, advertisements, and presentations.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design solutions that effectively communicate brand messages and support business goals.

  • Maintain brand consistency throughout all projects and mediums.

  • Prepare final artwork for print and digital distribution, ensuring all files are accurate, complete, and ready for production.

  • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and design techniques to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.

  • Edit and retouch images as needed to enhance quality and ensure proper presentation.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to the team.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

What you bring to the table: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of work.

  • Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Bilingual (English and French) an asset

  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
