Salary range (but not limited to):
109,900 - 134,300Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.
About the role
You will lead end-to-end strategic initiatives, orchestrating the roadmap, governance, and execution to deliver measurable results on time, on budget, and with uncompromising quality. Your influence accelerates decision-making and maximizes value for our customers.
What you’ll do here:
Strategy and roadmap: align vision and customer value; prioritize the product backlog to deliver fast and well; validate problem-solution fit with concrete data.
Performance: build clear cost/benefit analyses; track benefits; adjust the plan to optimize impact.
Pragmatic governance: establish an effective decision cadence; maintain an integrated plan (scope, schedule, costs, quality); ensure business/IT alignment from start to finish.
Frictionless execution: coordinate and manage risks and dependencies; secure budgets and critical path; apply Agile/SAFe/hybrid with purposeful ceremonies.
Leadership and improvement: anticipate and resolve obstacles; propose clear options; document decisions; promote continuous innovation; lead and elevate team performance.
What you bring to the table:
At least 8 years of experience in project management/program delivery, leading cross-functional initiatives delivered on time, on budget, and to the right level of quality.
Business acumen, strategic vision, technical fluency, and financial rigor; value-based negotiation.
High-impact communication (written, verbal, presentations); ability to rally stakeholders and build trust.
Resilience and focus: comfortable under pressure; ability to prioritize multiple initiatives; leadership of distributed teams.
Mastery of PM methods/tools (Agile/SAFe, Jira, MS Project/PPM).
No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country
