Salary for the employee will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different employee profiles. However, we encourage employees who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

We are looking for interns for the below Summer Student Opportunities. Depending on your team assignment, here is a glimpse of what you will do here (in addition to other administrative duties, as assigned).
Claims
Process, coordinate, sort and distribute correspondence for claims.
Process payments on claim files.
Prepare forms and correspondence to insurance clients, vendors and legal representatives.
Assist adjusters in daily tasks.
Underwriting, Personal Lines
Support the underwriting team by processing and amending new business, endorsements, renewals and cancellations within established authority level in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Refer risks to underwriters based on complexity and authority level.
Accounting Services
Manage and reconcile payments, bank deposits, and account discrepancies, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions and records.
Prepare, compile, and dispatch various financial documents, including invoices, statements, reports, and cheques, while handling broker billing statements and payments.
Review and resolve cash reports, adjust journal entries, process cheque requisitions, and manage banking information, payment schedules, and premium refunds.
Administrative Support (Travel Operations/Corporate Services)
Perform various recurring administrative tasks such as shipping documents, equipment or correspondence, entering data, scanning or filing, requisitioning equipment or supplies, setting up workstations, etc.
Manage correspondence and ensure the quality and accuracy of information.
Transcribe data from documents or databases using standardized practices.
Responsible for processing applications, completing policy set up, and modifications of existing policies.
Interacts with customer via inbound and outbound telephone channel as well as email correspondence. May require triaging inbound calls and rerouting to appropriate person to action requests.
Provides administrative support for the proper functioning of the Department.
This position requires an in-office presence five days a week.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree/college diploma
Available to work with us full-time, 35 hours per week, for Summer 2026 Term (May to August)
Must be returning to school in Fall 2026 or Winter 2027 following your internship
