Salary range (but not limited to):

69,200 - 84,600

Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

7.5%

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

About the role

Nous cherchons un Estimateur Automobile Route - Rive-Sud et Montréal pour notre équipe grandissante!

Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous :

• Déterminer les causes et l'origine des dommages survenus lors d'un accident en examinant le véhicule à l'aide d'un logiciel. Les réclamations traitées seront plus ou moins complexes, selon l'expérience du titulaire.

• Évaluer et approuver les estimations de réparation pour les experts en sinistres, en comparant l'estimation à l'évaluation faite lors de l'examen du véhicule.

• Peut être appelé à établir la valeur marchande des véhicules à partir des renseignements fournis par les experts en sinistres, en utilisant les divers outils décrits dans le manuel des normes et procédures des évaluateurs.

• Utiliser des systèmes d'évaluation numériques automatisés pour normaliser les estimations de réparation et éviter les erreurs.

• Négocier et communiquer une meilleure pratique ou procédure de réparation.

• Assurer la productivité et la qualité du service en utilisant le manuel des normes et procédures des évaluateurs et en mettant en relation les performances avec les objectifs quantitatifs et qualitatifs du département de l'Indemnisation.

Ce que vous mettrez à profit :

• Certificat d'estimateur du GAA ou être admissible pour l'obtenir

• Expérience de l'estimation ou de la réparation des collisions, y compris la connaissance des logiciels d'estimation (Audatex et Mitchell).

• Connaissance approfondie des principes et des techniques de réparation et de remplacement des dommages physiques des automobiles.

• Engagement à suivre une formation continue. 

• Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans le secteur de la réparation des collisions.

• Solides compétences analytiques pour définir les problèmes/questions, recueillir des données, établir des faits et tirer des conclusions valables.

• Capacité à préparer des devis de réparation automobile à l'aide du logiciel Audatex.

• Communication ouverte avec les propriétaires d'atelier, les gestionnaires et les évaluateurs au cours du processus d'évaluation. 

• Aptitude à la communication verbale efficace et bonne aptitude à la communication écrite pour rédiger des rapports de sinistres.

• Orientation client.
