Salary range (but not limited to):
149,600 - 182,800Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.
About the role
Lead transformational finance systems and data initiatives, partnering across Finance, IT, Operations and Planning. You’ll co-own the finance systems roadmap and drive end-to-end delivery—turning business needs into modern, scalable, supportable solutions—while ensuring strong governance, testing/UAT discipline, and successful adoption.
What You’ll Do:
Strategy & Roadmap
Co-develop the long-term Finance systems roadmap aligned to business strategy, regulatory requirements, and data capabilities.
Assess emerging technology and data capabilities to improve efficiency, controls, and insight.
Program Governance, Delivery & Execution
Partner with project managers to define scope, milestones, success metrics, and change control; establish clear decision rights and manage RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies).
Lead resource planning, effort estimation, and budgeting with Finance Transformation peers, IT, Operations and Planning.
Own business requirements, functional specifications, test strategy, UAT execution, and defect triage/prioritization for finance systems projects.
Serve as the primary liaison between Finance and IT for end-to-end delivery.
Stakeholder Partnership & Change
Partner with leaders to evaluate impacts to external reporting, KPIs, processes, and team structures.
Drive change management, communications, and training to ensure organization-wide adoption.
Support Finance teams with day-to-day issues and continuous improvement.
Growth, Efficiency & Optimization
Advance initiatives that improve data quality, process efficiency, control, and insight generation across Finance.
Enable corporate growth and optimization through fit-for-purpose systems and data solutions.
Technical Abilities & Data Understanding
Strong end-to-end systems understanding, including upstream/downstream dependencies and controls.
Ability to translate complex requirements into functional/technical specifications, including source-to-target mappings.
Trusted liaison with IT/Data/Architecture teams to shape designs and manage delivery.
Hands-on leadership of test strategy, UAT planning, data validation, and defect management.
Understanding of financial data controls, reconciliations, and regulatory/reporting requirements (e.g., IFRS).
Assets: SAS (IFRS17/IFRS9), SQL, data profiling, insurance experience, IFRS 17 exposure.
What You Bring:
Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business/Management (MBA) or equivalent, CPA is a strong asset.
Minimum 8–years relevant experience, including at least 5 years in transformation projects, leading cross-functional programs.
Minimum 5-years leading and managing high-performing professionals, including people managers – is required.
Proven delivery of finance systems/data initiatives strong program/project management practices.
Experience leading operational and business change (change management and training).
Strong planning, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country and globally.
Comfortable driving change, challenging the status quo, and influencing without authority.
