Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

We are looking for Coordinator, HR Systems & Analytics for our growing team!
What you’ll do here:
- Maintain and update reporting in the HR information system (HRIS) with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality of all employee information.
- Generate and distribute regular HR reports, including headcount, turnover, and other key metrics.
- Assist in the administration of HR processes, such as onboarding, offboarding, and benefits enrollment.
- Collaborate with HR team members to improve data management processes and streamline workflows.
- Provide support for HR audits and compliance reporting.
- Respond to data requests from internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Assist with other HR projects and initiatives as needed.
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Bilingualism (French / English) - Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.
- Available to work with us full-time, 35 hours per week, for the semester Term (may to august)
- Must be an active student during your internship and/or returning to school in next semester following your internship
