Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

Who we are
As a part of the National Real Estate department, our Facilities team supports corporate services & corporate strategy, leasing, and project/design through on-the-ground implementation of strategic initiatives. We keep our workplaces running smoothly — maintaining building infrastructure and services (maintenance, security, office communications) so employees can do their best work.
Your role
During your 6-month mandate as an Operations Coordinator, you’ll join a highly engaged team and handle a wide range of requests—from day-to-day issues to renovations and equipment installs. You’ll partner with internal stakeholders, coordinate vendors, and help deliver a seamless workplace experience.
Location: Dartmouth (20 Hector Gate). The role entails availability to work onsite up to 5 days per week, as business needs requires.
What you’ll do here
Coordinate daily facilities operations, resolving issues and escalating urgent matters as needed.
Manage vendors and service providers (contracts, billing, service delivery, maintenance).
Support facility projets (renovations, installations, inspections) and continuos improvement initiatives.
Plan and deliver onsite events (space setup, technical needs, signage, security, cleaning, equipment).
Produce operational and performance reporting and support resource planning.
Act as a go-to partner for managers and employees, working independently with minimal supervision.
What you bring to the table
Technical college diploma
3–5 years’ experience in a similar coordinator role
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word (database management is an asset)
Strong organization and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Customer-focused, team-oriented, and committed
Autonomous, flexible, and able to make sound decisions under pressure
Quick learner with strong adaptability to change
