About the role
Nous recherchons un(e) consultant(e) technique en ressources humaines pour rejoindre l'équipe du centre de service de RH.
Nous sommes une équipe dynamique de professionnels ayant une solide expertise RH, dédiée et formée pour répondre aux questions de nos employés et de nos gestionnaires. Nous recherchons actuellement un(e) conseiller(ère) technique pour rejoindre notre équipe et contribuer à notre mission de fournir des solutions innovantes et de haute qualité.

Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous:
Analyser et répondre aux questions des employés en s’appuyant sur les meilleures pratiques ressources humaines ainsi que notre base de connaissances.
Tenir un registre des appels afin de documenter les étapes menant à la résolution.
Collaborer avec les différentes équipes afin de trouver des solutions adaptées aux différentes situations rencontrées.
Se tenir informés sur les mouvements, changements aux politiques, procédures, normes et projets en cours à l'intérieur du service et de l'entreprise.
Participer à maintenir à jour la base de connaissances.
Participer, de façon ad hoc, à différents projets d’équipe.
Ce que vous mettrez à profit:
Diplôme universitaire de 1er cycle en ressources humaines ou sur le point de l'obtenir (ou tout autre domaine pertinent).
Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite.
Démontre un grand esprit de collaboration et à offrir un excellent service client.
Attitude positive, autonomie et grand sens de l’éthique.
Bilinguisme (français / anglais) - Nécessité d’interagir sur une base régulière avec des collègues partout au pays.
Aucune expérience de travail au Canada requise, mais nécessité d’avoir l’autorisation de travailler au Canada.
