About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Consultant to lead the execution and analysis of employee engagement surveys.

This role will be responsible for providing strategic insights and recommendations to improve employee satisfaction and organizational performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in survey methodologies, data analysis, and a passion for enhancing employee engagement.

 

What you’ll do here:

  • Implement comprehensive employee engagement reports to gather insights into employee satisfaction, engagement, and organizational climate.

  • Skilled in managing complex organizational structures with various HRIS systems and interpreting data on a global scale.

  • Oversee all the data-related elements of the Engagement Survey.

  • Collaborate with HR leaders and department heads to ensure the data and metrics supports the key survey objectives and areas of focus.

  • Analyze survey data to identify trends, patterns, and key drivers of employee engagement.

  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate survey findings to senior management and stakeholders.

  • Deliver actionable data and insights to the People Experience team, facilitating recommendations and strategies based on survey outcomes to improve employee engagement and retention.

  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in employee engagement and survey analytics.

  • Collaborate with the People Experience team in workshops to gain a deeper understanding of specific survey findings and ensure that employees' voices are heard.

  • Collaborate with HR team members to develop and implement engagement initiatives that address identified areas for improvement.

  • Mentor and guide junior HR staff and teams on effective survey practices and data interpretation.

 

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred.

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in employee engagement, survey design, or HR consulting.

  • Expertise in survey methodologies, data analysis, and statistical tools (e.g Excel).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to diverse audiences.

  • Proven track record of driving employee engagement initiatives and achieving measurable results.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

  • Experience with Workday and/ other HRIS tools  

  • Experience with employee engagement platforms is a plus.

  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.

  • No Canadian work experience required, but must have authorization to work in Canada.
