Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

About the role
Do you excel at turning a strategic vision into measurable impact across multiple communication channels? Are you passionate about implementing paid and organic media strategies that amplify brand voice, engage target audiences, and drive growth? If you can blend storytelling with data-driven execution on LinkedIn and web retargeting campaigns, we want to meet you.
You’ll join the Broker Marketing & Communications team at Canada’s leading property and casualty insurer. You will own key components of our B2B media strategy: designing an annual plan, optimizing the channel mix, and building conversion journeys that boost engagement and growth. You’ll collaborate with marketing, communications, events, creative, and analytics teams to deliver an integrated strategy.
What you’ll do here:
Lead LinkedIn strategy and execution:
Plan and manage the editorial calendar (publishing cadence, series concepts, executive voice)
Write compelling copy (headlines, post text, CTAs) and brief the studio in alignment with brand voice and campaign objectives
Simplify complex topics into clear, engaging posts for a broker audience; tailor content by segment
Build conversion journeys
Provide ongoing reporting and recommendations; iterate based on performance learnings
Support paid/owned media strategy:
Co-develop the channel mix and measurement plans across campaigns
Partner with analytics to define KPIs and build dashboards that enable continuous optimization
Contribute to audience segmentation and targeting across paid and owned channels to improve reach, relevance, and conversion, aligned to broker needs and journeys
Collaborate with communications, events, creative, and agency teams to build cohesive, on-brand assets and campaigns that strengthen our B2B voice
Present performance reviews and insights to stakeholders; translate results into actionable next steps
What you bring to the table:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of B2B marketing/communications experience focused on media strategy for paid and organic digital channels (especially LinkedIn) and audience segmentation
Proven track record of developing integrated marketing strategies and campaigns that deliver measurable results (reach, engagement, quality of qualified leads)
Excellent B2B writing skills for LinkedIn and digital channels; ability to translate complex ideas into concise, engaging, on-brand messages that drive action
Strong command of digital marketing best practices: channel mix planning, activation, retargeting, creative testing, and landing page optimization
Proficiency with marketing and analytics tools:Web and channel analytics (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Power BI)Social platforms and campaign managers (e.g., LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify opportunities, and communicate impact to stakeholders
Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to write clear briefs and translate results into compelling recommendations
Creative, adaptable, and solutions-oriented; comfortable with an iterative approach
Strong project management skills; effective in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities
Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit
Experience in property & casualty insurance and B2B marketing: major asset
Experience with channels beyond LinkedIn (e.g., paid search, programmatic/display, YouTube, trade publications, email, webinars/events, or organic): strong asset
For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
No Canadian work experience required, but must have authorization to work in Canada.
