Salary range (but not limited to):
94,200 - 115,200Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.
About the role
We are looking for a Bilingual Senior consultant, Systems & Analytics to join our Human Resources team.
What you’ll do here:
Use data analytics to provide actionable insights for the team with the business leaders.
Provide a guided approach to cycles including tools, trainings, planning calendar and presentations if needed.
Coordinate cycle driven and other types of reporting and tools with the coordinator team.
Monitor key data points for specific business partners and integrate in monthly and quarterly reporting
Analyze survey data to identify trends, patterns, and key drivers of engagement; prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior leaders and stakeholders.
Facilitate workshops to deepen understanding of findings and ensure employees’ voices are heard.
Partner with HR leaders to translate insights into targeted engagement initiatives and measure impact.
Bring data analytics expertise to various projects and build modeling to support analysis and decisions.
Stay current on industry best practices and emerging trends in survey and data analytics and mentor team members on effective practices.
HR Reporting, Governance & Data Quality
Gather and understand business partners and COE reporting requirements; review and challenge current processes to improve efficiency and value.
Design and implement complex reporting solutions (matrix, dashboards, others) aligned to business needs.
Drive estimation, and planning for large, complex reporting deliveries; lead small/medium scope stream projects and contribute to larger initiatives.
Support report governance activities; follow reporting protocols (tags, definitions)
Ensure data quality and integrity across all reports and analytics deliverables; establish links between problem aspects, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
Write, review, and update documentation, present new technical solutions in collaboration with other streams and stakeholders.
Deliver reports for an executive audience with key highlights.
Collaboration, Coaching & Influence
Work closely with specialist team members; provide support and coaching to coordinators teams and other colleagues.
Collaborate with COEs to ensure cycle support effectiveness.
Establish plannings to drive discussions and decision-making at the right time.
Participate in community forums; demonstrate adaptability in ambiguous, complex, and changing environments; challenge status quo with innovative thinking.
What you bring to the table:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Discipline: Human Resources, Data or business Analytics, Actuarial, Computer science or related field.
5–8 years of experience in HR or data analytics, employee engagement, and HRIS reporting (senior level).
Strong background in survey methodologies, statistical analysis, and storytelling with data; experience operating at global scale.
Expert domain knowledge in HR systems/reporting tools, preferably Workday (or other HR reporting and analytics platforms), and how business processes impact reporting.
Proven experience implementing complex reporting changes and solutions; governance, documentation, and data quality best practices.
Demonstrated ability to lead small/medium scope projects, plan backlog, and deliver large/complex reporting solutions with limited supervision.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to influence, advise, and coach immediate team members and stakeholders.
High tolerance for ambiguity; agile mindset; continuous learner with a drive for innovation and process improvement.

No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada
