About the role
Nous cherchons un(e) conseiller(ère), Indemnisation – Assurance-crédit pour notre équipe grandissante!
À titre de conseiller(ère), Indemnisation – Assurance-crédit, vous ferez partie d’une équipe de l’indemnisation des plus performantes au sein des Solutions spécialisées. Relevant du directeur de l’indemnisation, Cautionnement et Assurance-crédit, au Québec, vous serez responsable de gérer et d’analyser les réclamations d’assurance-crédit. Les gens compteront sur vous pour assurer une rigueur et minutie dans votre analyse des dossiers, notamment en ce qui concerne la couverture, la responsabilité, le quantum et les activités de recouvrement.
Ce que vous ferez :
- Enquêter sur les réclamations en assurance-crédit, les analyser et établir le montant du règlement dans le cadre de la police.
- Gérer tous les aspects administratifs des dossiers de réclamation.
- Noter et communiquer en temps opportun et de façon efficace toutes les mesures prises dans un dossier afin d’étayer la décision prise.
- Rendre des comptes régulièrement aux gestionnaires.
- Coordonner le processus de subrogation dans les dossiers de réclamation.
- Collaborer étroitement avec l’équipe de la souscription.
- S’acquitter d’autres tâches connexes, au besoin.
Ce que vous mettrez à profit :
- Diplôme d’études postsecondaires en administration des affaires, en finance ou en comptabilité.
- Permis valide d’expert en sinistre en assurance de dommages des entreprises délivré par l’Autorité des marchés financiers (détenu ou à obtenir).
- Solide expérience dans le domaine des affaires.
- Excellent service à la clientèle.
- Compétences solides pour la négociation et la communication.
- Bon sens de l’organisation, minutie et souci de rigueur.
- Expérience en indemnisation d’assurance-crédit, un atout.
- Professionnalisme.
- Flexibilité.
- Capacité à travailler sous pression et à respecter les échéanciers.
- Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe.
- Bilinguisme (français / anglais) – Nécessité de traiter des dossiers de réclamations d’une clientèle anglophone sur une base régulière.
