About the role
Workplace: Hybrid telework at the closest office to you (St-Hyacinthe, Montreal, Laval, Ottawa, or Quebec City).
3 months of training:
- Daytime schedule 35h/week
Post-training schedule:
Full-time: 35h or 40h/week
Work schedule will be determined monthly according to operational needs. Please note that the schedule may include day, evening, and Saturday shifts.

What you will achieve with us:
Play a key role in ensuring the best possible protection of our clients' most valuable assets by advising them to make informed choices and answering their questions about the products.
Analyze client needs, promote products and services, and propose innovative choices and solutions.
Guide auto and home insurance clients on insurance solutions.
In Quebec, our agents must pass their AMF certification to practice the profession. To be considered for our training program, you must meet one of the following requirements:
You have obtained a DEC, a Bachelor's, or a Master's degree; OR
You have obtained an AEC in Property and Casualty Insurance; OR
You hold a DES AND have 3 years of full-time work experience in the Canadian market;
If your diplomas were obtained outside Canada, it is imperative to have a comparative evaluation from MIFI.
