Salary range (but not limited to):
47,100 - 57,500Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.
About the role
We’re looking for Sales and Customer Service Associates to join our growing Travel Operations team!

We’ll provide you the mentorship and training as you pursue your career goals, and your success will be recognized with our annual bonus plan and accelerated career path which will provide you with an opportunity for promotion after 18 months in the role.
The successful candidates will be required to obtain their Accident and Sickness License and/or General License. Preference will be given to candidates holding an Accident and Sickness License or General License. These candidates will be provided focused training towards the achievement of becoming licensed insurance professionals and jumpstart their careers in a resilient industry full of opportunity.

The start date for this hybrid position is June 5, 2026 and will be based out of our St. John’s, NL, and Sherbrooke, QC office locations.
What you’ll do here:
Work in a fast-paced computerized inbound customer center.
Quote and sell travel insurance to new and existing clients nationally in accordance with our sales quality call flow, sales processes, and underwriting guidelines.
Handle phone and email inquiries from existing clients in a professional and timely manner.
Process insurance transactions in accordance with underwriting and compliance guidelines to meet quality expectations.
Use established procedures and promote cross-sell of services.
Obtain and/or maintain provincial licenses across all required Canadian jurisdictions.
What you bring to the table:
Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
A natural communicator and understand how to listen and empathize with others.
Tech-savvy and comfortable working between different systems.
Ability to multi-task and stay cool under pressure.
Willingness to obtain an Accident and Sickness License and/or General License.
No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
Experience in the Travel industry would be an asset.
Able to work independently, as well as within a team, in a dynamic environment.
Flexible to work a schedule of days, evenings, and Saturdays.
Bilingual in French and English is considered a definite asset.
