Salary for the employee will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different employee profiles. However, we encourage employees who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

About the role
We are looking for an Organizational Advisor to join our growing team!
Temporary mandate for a duration of 1 year.
What you will accomplish with us:
Coordinate the design, validation, and implementation of change management strategies.
Ensure the updating and evolution of project tracking tools, impact analyses, and change management analysis documents.
Prepare change management presentations and analyses for the leadership team.
Conduct stakeholder and impact analyses in partnership with business analysts, product owners, and other relevant specialists for projects of medium complexity.
Liaise with resource persons in other sectors affected by the changes.
Collaborate with the human resources, communications, and training teams regarding internal communication materials, information and engagement activities, as well as the development of training materials and post-deployment alignment.
Participate in project meetings, workshops, and other activities where the presence of a change management advisor is required.
Work in collaboration with the Senior Change Management Advisor and the Senior Project Manager on their initiatives.
What you will bring:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or any combination of equivalent education and experience.
At least 2 years of relevant experience.
Aptitude and interest in both strategic thinking and deliverable execution.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to handle ambiguity.
Strong teamwork and initiative.
Availability to travel occasionally.
Facilitation skills (an asset).
No Canadian work experience required but must have authorization to work in Canada.
For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
