Salary range (but not limited to):

87,200 - 106,600

Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.


About the role

Join our team as a Senior Advisor, Targeted Marketing. In this cross-functional role, you will lead the migration to Salesforce Marketing Cloud and oversee end-to-end marketing initiatives that elevate performance, spark innovation, and support growth objectives. Working closely with internal stakeholders, agencies, and external partners, you’ll own projects from brief to final delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are met while turning insights into actionable optimization. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, combine analytical rigor with creative flair, and communicate with clarity and influence, this role is for you.


What you’ll do here:

  • Lead Salesforce Marketing Cloud migration in collaboration with internal teams (database, analytics, legal, business development), marketing, and external suppliers, ensuring that objectives, timelines and budgets are adhered too.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in close collaboration with the internal teams, the relationship marketing agency and other external suppliers, ensuring that objectives, timelines and budgets are respected.

  • Manage projects autonomously, from the brief to the final delivery, gathering relevant insights and information for each project.

  • Assess campaign performance to make recommendations for optimization, driving innovation and outperformance.

  • Coordinate the tracking of expenses, open purchase orders and monitor accordingly.

  • Drive creativity while ensuring compliance with the various brands’ creative guidelines.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations for senior leadership. 


What you bring to the table

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing / Communications or in any other related field.

  • 5-7 years of experience in email marketing or targeted marketing or other marketing field also considered.

  • Experience with marketing automation software and capabilities such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, HubSpot.

  • Excellent project management and attention to detail.

  •   Experience working with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers.

  • Strong analytical skills, results oriented and ability to challenge the status quo.

  • A team player with a positive attitude, with cross functional collaboration skills.

  • Excellent communicator, proficient in presenting your ideas to various stakeholders and influencing business decisions.

  • Organized, at ease in a fast-paced, changing environment and able to prioritize.

  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.

  • No Canadian work experience required, but must have authorization to work in Canada.
