We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Advisor – belairdirect brand to join our growing team!
As a Marketing specialist, you will join the team responsible for promoting the belairdirect brand. You will be leading the Brand efforts in Quebec and English Canada, developing and implementing 360 campaigns to promote the consideration of our Brand. Our main objectives are to grow Brand awareness and consideration, as well as enticing consumer’s adoption and engagement with our digital tools.
From agency brief and creative development to media planning, tracking and analyzing results, you will be at the centre of brand’s performance. Working with internal and external subject matter experts, you will implement comprehensive initiatives leveraging all channels to effectively support brand’s growth, making sure the Brand messaging is aligned across customer’s touchpoints. You will also be presenting strategy, plans and results to our executives.
Workplace: Montreal (2020 Robert-Bourassa Blvd), Quebec (5700 des Galeries Blvd) or Toronto (700 University Avenue).

What you’ll do here:
- Support our goal to strengthen belairdirect’s brand leadership across all strategic segments and markets, with an unwavering commitment to achieving results.
- Anticipate strategic marketing opportunities by translating marketing insights into actionable marketing communication recommendations.
- Lead the development of the annual strategy and propose opportunities based on competitive analysis, our results and market developments to help develop the strategy and implementation of our 360° marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with partner agencies (creative and media) on projects and campaigns.
- Supervise creative development and production of all assets, insuring they are on brand, respect technical requirements and follows best practices for each platform.
- Coordinate material approval with partners and internal departments involved.
- Manage budget for projects under your responsibility.
- Collaborate with media partners and analytics team to properly set up tracking, audiences and analyse the performances of the campaigns you oversee.
- Socialize key learnings and proactively suggest optimisations or change to the plan to meet our objectives.
- Socialize our initiatives with internal stakeholders and our Broker marketing and communication teams.
- Influence medium and long-term Brand strategy by actively participating in annual Brand planning.
- Respect and adhere to timelines and budgets while executing high quality market rollouts.
What you bring to the table:
- Undergraduate degree in marketing or communications or any combination of equivalent education and experience.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing or communications with demonstrated experience in leading impactful 360° advertising campaigns.
- You have a deep expertise of the digital media ecosystem and offline media to build effective brand campaigns.
- You have strong strategic communication skills.
- You are a results-driven professional, who will challenge the status-quo and encourage us to do things differently to pro-actively optimize our process.
- Excellent MS Office skills.
- Bilingualism required (French / English) – Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.
