Salary range (but not limited to):
40,300 - 49,300Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.
About the role
Nous recherchons un(e) agent(e) indemnisation I pour rejoindre notre équipe en pleine expansion ! Vous serez chargé(e) de fournir une assistance administrative et un service client de qualité en première ligne dans le cadre du règlement des sinistres d'assurance.
Ce que vous ferez ici :
Engagement en vers le client
Offrir une expérience client hors du commun en ayant une approche professionnelle et empathique.
Gérer efficacement les appels difficiles en étant à l’écoute et en recadrant l’objectif de l’appel avec le client.
Communiquer clairement et s’adapter aux besoins du client (courriel/sms/appels)
Participer activement, dans les limites de son rôle, aux événements ‘’Catastrophe’’
Gérer efficacement le travail et Exceller dans les activités de bases
Assurer le soutien et le suivi des étapes des processus afin de respecter les normes et les délais de service établis.
Utiliser adéquatement les outils & les processus disponibles afin d'optimiser la gestion des dossiers de réclamation.
Simplifier les choses, en faisant la promotion des options digitales pouvant faciliter et accélérer l’expérience client. (Espace client, Estimation numérique, SMS, CHAT et autres). Respecter la préférence de communication du clients (appels versus courriel).
Documenter chaque dossier de façon complète, exacte et détaillée afin de s'assurer des suivis efficaces et conformes
Collaborer efficacement avec les experts en sinistre en tout temps.
Offrir une prestation de travail continue afin d’atteindre les objectifs de productivité du secteur.
Productivité
Travailler efficacement dans son plan de travail afin de conserver le contrôle de ses activités et tâches en tout temps.
Maîtriser les différents systèmes et outils informatiques.
Exécuter son travail avec qualité et efficacité :
Annoter le dossier avec détails
Faire avancer le dossier en respectant les limites de son rôle
Profil recherché :
Diplôme d’études secondaires ou collégiales, incluant une formation en administration des affaires, ou toute combinaison équivalente de formation et d’expérience.
De 3 mois à 1 an d’expérience professionnelle.
Capacité à maintenir un niveau de performance élevé et constant, tant en termes de précision que de volume de travail.
Excellentes aptitudes à la communication, avec un sens aigu du service à la clientèle.
Maîtrise des outils informatiques ou formation aux applications bureautiques courantes, incluant d’excellentes compétences en saisie de données.
Aucune expérience de travail au Canada n’est requise, mais vous devez être autorisé(e) à y travailler.
Bilingue (français et anglais). Nécessité d’interagir sur une base régulière avec des collègues/clients partout au pays.
