Salary range (but not limited to):
74,800 - 91,400Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.
About the role
Intact est à la recherche d’un Analyste en indemnisation Subrogation pour se joindre à son équipe en pleine expansion!
La personne sélectionnée pour ce poste aura pour responsabilités de conseiller les experts en sinistre dans leur enquête et d’analyser, réviser les dossiers dans lesquels il y a un potentiel de recours.
Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous:
· Traiter et analyser les dossiers provenant des experts en sinistres dans le but d’établir et maximiser le potentiel de recours en assurant des suivis rigoureux de l’avancement de ces dossiers;
· Négocier avec des tiers un règlement pour assurer le recouvrement d'une indemnité en tenant compte du pourcentage de responsabilité ou de la dépréciation applicable;
· Produire des résumés litige et collaborer étroitement avec le service du contentieux;
· Assurer une saine gestion des frais et des coûts externes et favoriser une gestion proactive des dossiers litigieux;
· Assister aux Conférence de règlement à l'amiable (CRA) et procès.
· Bien annoter et documenter son dossier en respectant les normes et directives de l’entreprise;
· Participer aux catastrophes lorsqu’elles se présentent;
Ce que vous mettrez à profit:
· Certificat d'expert en sinistres (5A)
· Années d'expérience requises : Au moins 5 ans en expertise de règlement des sinistres habitation et/ou automobile et 3 ans en recouvrement ou responsabilité civile
· Diplôme d’études postsecondaires dans un domaine pertinent à l'emploi ou combinaison équivalente de formation et d’expérience
· Études en technique juridique ou en droit (un atout)
· Bilingue (français et anglais) Nécessité de traiter des dossiers de réclamations avec des intervenants anglophones sur une base régulière
· Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office et de ses différentes applications
· Autonomie
· Habiletés en négociation
· Capacité à prendre des décisions de qualité au bon moment
· Votre ouverture d'esprit & capacité de s'adapter aux changements
· Orienté client et être doué pour les communications interpersonnelles
· Sens de l'analyse et de la synthèse démontrée
· Dynamisme, autonomie, efficacité et esprit d’équipe.
· Curiosité intellectuelle;
· Savoir planifier, organiser et établir une stratégie
· Bonne aptitude à la planification et organisation de son temps et priorités
