Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

We are looking Business Analyst interns to join our Finance and IT Teams!
Depending on your team assignment, here’s what you’ll do here:
Financial System Business Analyst
- Assist our team in the configuration and support of Oracle Fusion sub-modules.
- Contribute to the analysis and continuous improvement of processes.
- Participate in the creation and updating of technical documentation.
- Help identify and resolve technical issues under the supervision of experienced professionals.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless integration of processes.
IT Business Analyst
- Analyzing business needs to define IT solutions.
- Conduct impact analyses and effort estimations to propose, get approval for, and document IT solutions using effective methods and interacting with both business domain users and the IT project team.
- Support the development of solutions and analyses performed.
- Participate in testing activities with business and IT people.
- Support the Product Owner in defining and prioritizing the backlog.
- Write user stories consumable by developers and the testing team.
- Support and create change processes in the business units.
- Build and maintain robust, accurate, and accessible functional documentation for all company stakeholders.
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Technology Management in progress
- Strong interest in business analysis and documentation processes
- Strong Excel skills, including proficiency with pivot tables and macros
- Passionate about finance and IT systems
- Basic understanding of Oracle Fusion and ERP systems (an asset)
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Adaptability, curiosity, and commitment to continuous learning
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
- Bilingualism (French and English) Necessary to interact regularly with colleagues across the country
- Available 35 hours a week from May 4 to August 21, 2026
- Must return to studies in the fall semester after your internship
