Business Analyst – 4-month Internship/Co-op (Summer 2026)

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

Salary range (but not limited to):

52,700 - 65,900

We are looking Business Analyst interns to join our Finance and IT Teams!  

 

Depending on your team assignment, here’s what you’ll do here:  

 
Financial System Business Analyst

• Assist our team in the configuration and support of Oracle Fusion sub-modules.
• Contribute to the analysis and continuous improvement of processes.
• Participate in the creation and updating of technical documentation.
• Help identify and resolve technical issues under the supervision of experienced professionals.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless integration of processes.

IT Business Analyst

• Analyzing business needs to define IT solutions.
• Conduct impact analyses and effort estimations to propose, get approval for, and document IT solutions using effective methods and interacting with both business domain users and the IT project team.
• Support the development of solutions and analyses performed.
• Participate in testing activities with business and IT people.
• Support the Product Owner in defining and prioritizing the backlog.
• Write user stories consumable by developers and the testing team.
• Support and create change processes in the business units.
• Build and maintain robust, accurate, and accessible functional documentation for all company stakeholders.

What you bring to the table:  

• Bachelor's degree in Business Technology Management in progress
• Strong interest in business analysis and documentation processes
• Strong Excel skills, including proficiency with pivot tables and macros
• Passionate about finance and IT systems
• Basic understanding of Oracle Fusion and ERP systems (an asset)
• Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Adaptability, curiosity, and commitment to continuous learning
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
• Bilingualism (French and English) Necessary to interact regularly with colleagues across the country
• Available 35 hours a week from May 4 to August 21, 2026
•  Must return to studies in the fall semester after your internship
