Salary range (but not limited to):
109,900 - 134,300Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.
About the role
We're looking for a Business Advisor Specialist, Change Management to join our team!

Reporting to the Manager, Change Management, you will play a key role at belairdirect in the development and delivery of change management strategies. Our team promotes, deploys, and monitors best practices and major change initiatives by providing training, tools, data, support, and coaching to the business. We provide an integrated view of all Direct Distribution initiatives while highlighting changes and impacts on stakeholders.
What you’ll do here:
With your change management experience, project management skills and collaborative style, you will successfully leverage change management best practices to:
Develop and implement innovative change management strategies that will ensure the adoption of new behaviors and tools to achieve organizational strategy and project objectives.
Develop strong relationships with operational performance, business stakeholders, Communications, Training, and HR to become a key resource and advisor for the business.
Develop relevant tools, guidance, and training to prepare for and coordinate change management plans and strategies to support the business.
Share a clear business vision and goals for change with key stakeholders.
Support business in the change management process by working on stakeholder analysis, impact analysis, identify risks and create mitigation plans.
Identify and address resistance to change, developing solutions to overcome obstacles and encourage a culture of flexibility and adaptability.
Work in collaboration with Communications and Training teams on the development of communications and training as required.
Participate in project meetings, workshops, and other activities where the presence of the change management specialist is needed.
Facilitate Change Management learning / training for stakeholders.
Keeping up to date on trends and best practices to identify opportunities to strengthen change management and ensure the evolution of change management tools.
Set up performance indicators and monitoring tools to assess the effectiveness of change management strategies and the adoption of tools and processes.
What you bring to the table:
Post secondary education in business management, human resources, organizational psychology, or related field
Minimum 7 years experience in change management or comparable project implementation experience – is required
Must have exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills and working experience with executive leaders – is required
Strong ability to collaborate with cross functional group leaders – is required
Insurance industry experience, an asset.
Certification in change management, an asset.
Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong in strategic thinking and creating a vision.
A collaborative and inclusive mindset.
The creativity and innovation to propose new or out-of-the box solutions.
Strong agility with ability to deal with ambiguity.
Results-oriented with the ability to work at a quick pace.
Strong project management and planning skills with an accountability to executive on deliverables under tight deadlines.
For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
