Salary range (but not limited to):

37,400 - 45,700

Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.


About the role

We're looking for Bilingual Telesolutions Advisors to join our growing team!

At Intact, you will benefit from a hybrid work option that will allow you to balance your professional life and your family life (or your studies)! You'll work in a dynamic environment where your work schedule will de adapted according to your availability and our operational needs.

Positions available as soon as February 23, 2026, with flexible start dates.
We offer
Full-time (35h or 40h per week) or Part-time (minimum 21h per week) schedules.

Our business hours:
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 8pm
(eligible to a 6% evening premium for shifts ending at 7pm or later)
- Saturday, 10am to 4pm 
(Saturdays will be mandatory for part-time schedules)

This hybrid position is available in our Montreal (2020, Robert-Bourassa blvd) office.

What you'll do here:

  • Call existing and potential customers to assess their interest in discussing their insurance needs, now or later, with a certified agent.

  • Build strong relationships with customers and transfer them to certified agents as quickly as possible.

  • Promote our products and services and be a loyal brand ambassador.

  • Take part in projects within your team.

What you bring to the table:

  • High school diploma or its equivalent.

  • Bilingual (French and English) is mandatory. Requires answering calls and providing service to an English and French speaking clientele on a regular basis.

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in an often fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communicator and ability to persuade.

  • Team player.

  • Ability to adapt to changes in products, services or company policies.

  • Dynamic and energetic.

  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
