About the role

We are looking for a Bilingual Senior Consultant HR System - Workday Benefits. You will play a leading role in supporting and developing the Employee Benefits module.

We offer you the opportunity to:

  • Play a key role in the development of our employee benefits module within a team of Workday system experts.

  • Establish and develop partnerships with stakeholders at all levels in the organization: Human Resources, Finance, Technology, Corporate Management Teams, etc.

  • Participate in the evolution of the Workday system (Contact People) in a North American company focused on talent management and covering the following modules: HR, Compensation, Performance, Payroll, Time and Absence, Recruitment, Talent, Training, and Development.

What you’ll do here:

  • Ensure system management for annual cycles related to employee benefits, including annual enrollment.

  • Gather and understand business needs. Evaluate and challenge current processes. Ensure that needs are well documented, relevant, and that the rationale is clear.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders of the Employee Benefits module to ensure that short-term (sprints) and long-term planning reflects the right priorities.

  • Implement complex configurations and solutions to align with requirements.

  • Supervise project deliverables, coordinate tasks with the team and stakeholders, and provide regular updates on progress.

  • Provide support to less experienced team members and encourage collaboration to solve problems together.

  • Participate in planning, writing, and executing test cases and test cycles.

  • Write, review, and recommend changes to documentation (business processes, system documentation, and procedures).

  • Participate in change management exercises to ensure adoption of the tool and business processes.

What you bring to the table:

  • For all candidates across Canada (Québec and Ontario): Bilingualism (French / English) is required considering the need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, IT Management, or Human Resources Management, or a combination of education and relevant experience.

  • 5 years of experience in a similar role as a Senior Consultant, Human Resources Management System (HRMS) or Business Analyst for an HR system.

  • Recognized expertise with the Workday Employee Benefits module.

  • Expertise with the Workday HR system is a strong asset.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • In-depth knowledge of HR processes.

  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada
