Are you ready to lead and inspire in a dynamic environment? We're seeking an Auto Unit Claims Manager to join our growing team. Become part of an organization that values collaboration, integrity, and excellence!
Our organization thrives on the benefits of in-person collaboration and engagement. For internal hires, we expect four days a week in the office for the first three months; for external hires, it's four days a week for the first six months. After this period, the in-office commitment transitions to three days a week. This approach supports strong team dynamics, ensures a smooth onboarding experience, and balances flexibility over time.
In this role, you will:
- Drive results by setting and managing performance expectations through effective coaching and mentoring, driving your team to achieve outstanding results.
- Provide leadership and manage operations to meet key business goals while communicating the company’s vision and values effectively.
- Develop strategic initiatives that align with company strategies, focusing on process improvements and technological advancements.
- Conduct quality assurance through audits on staff files and calls, providing feedback and training where necessary, and implementing controls based on audit findings to ensure compliance.
- Facilitate team communication by keeping your team informed of changes and new directions, sharing responsibility for overall productivity and engagement.
- Contribute to performance metrics by measuring team performance, ensuring high-quality claims handling, compliance with standards, and maintaining productivity.
- Ensure policy compliance by adhering to corporate policies, claims standards, and procedures.
You bring to the table:
- Experience with at least 2 years in corporate management or 4 years in the insurance industry.
- Leadership skills that include motivating, coaching, and engaging your staff.
- Communication prowess with superior interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.
- An ability to build a fostering environment that encourages openness and honesty.
- Empathy and integrity with a genuine care for people and a commitment to acting with integrity.
- A customer-focused mindset that is driven by a desire to understand and exceed customer expectations.

Salary of the successful candidate will typically be positioned between the following range, taking into consideration a number of factors including prior experience, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, location and internal equity:
$75,800.00 - $113,600.00What we offer
