About the role

You'll work closely with digital analysts and as well as product and developer squads co-crerating and implementing digital analytics tagging, ensuring requirements are met and implementations are done in a timely manner. With your expertise, curiosity, and proactivity you'll contribute to the Lab's objectives by providing technical support on a variety of projects, including implementation of a/b tests, Front End analytical and Cloud (AEP) projects, digital questionnaire tools, as well as proposing continuous improvement solutions on the tools supported by the team.

What you'll do here: 

  • Develop standardized, scalable tagging implementation guides for developer teams on the product side.

  • Implement tagging solutions on Web and mobile applications.

  • Resolve tagging issues by finding creative solutions to complex problems through coding, testing, and debugging.

  • Conduct system / programming needs analysis to identify potential issues and provide solutions.

  • Implement digital surveys on Web and mobile applications using analytics flags as triggers.

  • Provide production deployment support to ensure analytics tagging is implemented correctly.

  • Own tagging implementation documentation and ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to key stakeholders.

  • Ensure tagging guidelines and standards are upheld in analytics tagging, contribute to documentation detailing standard tagging practices for web and mobile.

What you bring to the table: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any equivalent combination of training and experience

  • Min. 3-5 years of experience in analytical development

  • Passionate about digital and analytics

  • Thorough knowledge of the digital data collection implementation process (Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, etc.)

  • Knowledge of the Adobe suite

  • Knowledge in implementing digital surveys via tools such as Qualtrics – an asset

  • Experience in implementing A/B tests – an asset

  • Initiative and ability to work under pressure

  • Ability to work in a team and independently

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to explain and simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences

  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English speaking colleagues across the country

  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada
